Great for beginners

I'm just starting out in foraging and live in the mountains of north Carolina. Not only did this book help me feel more confident and safe, but also gave me new ideas with my findings.

A descriptive and helpful listen!

This was an awesome listen! I’m located in Australia so some of the plants mentioned aren’t here, but a lot of them are! The book breaks down the identification, uses and suggestions into easy to understand chunks. The safety tips and recipes are great. Definitely going to use this knowledge moving forward. The information is detailed without being too much.
