About this listen
A young wizard. A dreaded prophecy. The quest to recover a relic hidden long ago.
Magic flows through human veins for the first time. A young man trains with his new abilities, seeking to master something he barely comprehends…until he is stricken by a powerful vision: A prophecy foretelling the end of the world.
His slim hope resides in something called the Paragon.
Desperate, he sets off on a quest to locate this long-lost relic. His only clue lies with the one person who knows where it is hidden: A dwarven king who died six years ago.
The quest gains momentum when he is joined by his brother and a female thief. Together, they venture into the dangerous and infamous valley known as The Vale.
Even if they survive the monsters that roam those wild lands, can they locate what they seek?
A dwarf champion and his crew set off on a voyage across the world, seeking to reclaim their people from the clutches of the traitorous dark elves. Death and danger plague the journey until they finally reach the Drow capital of Talastar.
The entire world shudders from what they discover.
Paragon of Solitude continues the compelling epic fantasy series, Dawn of Wizards, narrated by Pavi Proczko.
Listen now and rediscover your sense of wonder in magical world on the brink of disaster.

Story
Ian and Vic are brothers. Their lives are simple, and while they might long for excitement, happiness can be found in a hard day's work, a sunny day, or the smile from a pretty girl. Their lives are turned on end when their village is attacked and they are taken as slaves, destined to labor under the watchful eye of their captors. The strife that had long dominated much of the world had found them. Things would never be the same.

None could stand before them – not the queen, surrounded by her bright legions, or the sorcerers steeped in the power of the jade moon, or even the paladins with their swords fashioned from the tears of the Silver Mother. Only one who had already lost everything would dare to challenge these invaders. And so a shepherd girl, her will forged in the same fire that consumed her heart, became the last hope of a shattered realm.

Story
The ancient magic of wizards was anything but dark. It was the enlightenment that lifted humanity from the squalor of superstition, and the worship of fell spirits and capricious gods, but those days are gone. The shining glory of the sorcerers burned away the subtlety of wisdom, replacing it with easy power, held only in the hands of the elite - a new age built upon the elemental supremacy of aristocrats and the ignorance of the masses.

Dragons Riders: The last noble warriors in the realm. Only heroes can embolden the ordinary. For centuries, millennia, the Dragon Riders galvanized generation after generation, adding Riders to their ranks and birthing dragons from their eggs. But there are no more heroes. War with the Andarens is like nothing the Riders, nor the armies of Erador, have ever faced. In the place of heroes, there are only soldiers now. Fodder for the machine of war. This time of twilight is set to be the crowning hour of the dark when the light is losing its grip.

Story
When the cultivators came to Earth, they destroyed our entire civilization in a matter of hours. Armies fell, cities burned, and that was before the moon turned red and filled our world with monsters. Now, over a decade later, what's left of humanity slaves under the heels of our Qi-infused masters. The luckiest of us might even become one of them, they say—if we serve the Dynasty well enough and harness the power of Qi. But I want none of that. I'm sick of serving, and I want nothing to do with their world. Instead, I want them to pay for what they did to mine.

I enjoyed the book
It is a delightful story, and the development of the events and how everything turns out is very nice, I wish the MC to be less of a wimp after all the improvements from the first book, but it is still a wimp, just a few words, not too much to say, I liked to story, the adventures, the developments, and now I am eager to the release of the next chapter!

Great character development!
I've read all the authors previous books. His writing style continues to impress, with deep characterization and plot lines. The narrator he uses in this series does a great job, making it so you always know who is speaking throughout the story. his pace is great and he very is easy to understand as well. I look forward to other audio rootless he narrates.
I am waiting for book 3 of this series, and I how the author had something new planned after it's completion. I highly tecumseh this book, the author's pervious titles as well as the narrator. all earned 6 stars in 5 star ranking system!
