Peace while battling cancer
What did you love best about Personal Reflections & Meditations?
Dr. Siegel's genuine empathy towards people that are suffering.

It has made me weep whenever I listen to it.
Any additional comments?
Listening to Dr. Siegel made me realize how deeply buried my emotional pain was. By helping me to release some of the pain, bit by incremental bit, I am becoming aware of who I really am. I feel a heavy burden becoming a bit lighter as time goes by. My sense of self-worth is improving and I feel a lot more confident in facing the future and whatever it may bring. Whenever I find myself sliding backwards a bit, I listen to this audio and immediately feel safe in the cozy spot he helped me to create in the guided imagery.
I am home.

My new routine
Dr. Siegel has a gift to help people who are trying to live more reflectively. I am trying to center myself amidst the current storms of life. His words help anchor me.
