No substance
This book was 2:12 I’ll never get back. If it’s the first book you read for self help, it might (and that’s a very thin might) be helpful. There is just very little substance in the area of helping with the P/M addiction. Soooo much filler nonsense. Also if you’re writing a self help, maybe use technical terms and not street jargon, sounds more like a story in a Penthouse magazine.

I would think of this a guide, just like you’d find in forums online. A good read if you don’t know where to start and what to expect, but definitely no “Mastery”.
