It really this simple. All you got to do is care about your needs and wants as a man instead of being a people pleaser.

I passing down this book to my son. This book is great for men to stop being people pleaser.

11 hours of thoughtful insight

I had no idea what this book was about or what the title meant. The moment Dr. Glover was telling the story about how this book came to be I was excited and eager to continue listening: it is so well written with so much insight and advice. In the first 30 mins I got value. I usually don't like prefaces, but the story gave me a realization that I appreciate with more that keep coming through the whole book. I can't suggest this book enough.

The book that will teach you how to be a integrated man

I absolutely love this book! The first thing that stood out to me is how relatable it was to real life problems. And they gave me step-by-step guides, I can take as a man to overcome said, problem, or become better at doing a man’s duty!

How easy it was to relate to the book and understand the topics and concepts!

Tony writes in a tone and narrative that is truly relatable. He discusses all the topics that you think about and have issues with as a man and makes it easy to digest. He does a great job at taking all of Dr. Glovers works and putting it all together in one book easily accessible and ready for you to use in your life. The humor keeps it light hearted and makes you feel that we are just “Nice Guys” and thats ok but we can do better for ourselves. Highly recommend for any guy searching on how to improve their life in a world where we are raised by single moms and don’t really know how to get the things we want in life!

Valuable book, good compendium

As someone who has read Dr Glover's previous books and is thankful for his work, I can tell this is a great book that adds value and guidance to whats originally in No More Mr. Nice Guy and DEFM. There are significant insights and recommendations that are not offered in other books or YouTube interviews Dr. Glover has done. Another brick added to the wall of my integrated version.

On the other hand, I would definitely prefer to listen to this book if it was narrated by Dr Glover, but the narration wasn't bad.

Finally, I would like to read a book focusing on success and professional development for nice guys, as well as a "Nice guys don't finish last, they rot in middle management" book version. You would kick it out of the park with a book like that, Dr, Glover.

Just what I needed

Great book, brutal honesty along with some humor, every guy should read it along with Mr Glover's book No More Mr Nice Guy, and Doug Holt's book A Man's Guide On How To Save Your Marriage Without Having To Talk About It.
