The person reading was very boring
It was a good book. Very helpful. a lot of the information is pretty straightforward and easy to apply. Nothing too complicated, and you really don’t have to alter your life that significantly to apply the information. Just a conscious change of thought that you must turn into a habit. The person reading the book was very boring. it took me quite a bit longer than most other books because I kept falling asleep. I get audiobooks because I drive a lot, so I don’t have many opportunities to sit down with a book, and it was difficult to listen to while driving due to falling asleep.

This combo book is a great purchase deal and it is filled with great advice and tips on how to embrace a more positive mindset and move past the anger that is infecting you. All I can say is when he gives advice don't just casual take that advice in. DO IT! It will help tremendously

The word mindset
The book is nice and precise. I like the fact that it’s practical. I wonder if there would have been a little focus on prayer for an audience’s with more religious background. Meditation and other mindfulness techniques might l can give a similar impact.
