Why is gratitude fundamental? If people could understand the importance of gratitude, we could live a much better, abundant, peaceful, and joyful life. It is easy to go hard on yourself for what you do not have and instead of appreciating what you do have. It is easy not to appreciate others for the phenomenal jobs they do, and be criticized and ignorant. But the bottom line is to realize the power of gratitude, to use it and improve your life as early as possible. One well-known Indian yogi, a mystic named Sadhguru, said, "Unfortunately, people of different ages have not learned fundamental principles of how to live an abundant, peaceful life."

Sadguru says, "If you are 12 years old, and do not know something, it is understandable. But when you are 50, 60, or 70 years old and still have not figured out how to control your feelings and emotions to live a peaceful and joyful life, it is a tragedy." And so, we have to switch on full awareness of the importance of gratitude, and then move in the direction to improve our life.

Listening to gratitude affirmations daily is the key. Keep reminding yourself, and be happy for what you already have and for the good people in your circle doing great things. You can start from very little, but it's massively important to be grateful for the life you have. You can breathe, you can eat, you can walk, you can talk, you can reproduce, etc. And that is not a small possibility. Many people have restricted possibilities. Many people are not on this planet anymore. Because you are alive, that is a good place to start for what to be grateful for. And now let’s dive into gratitude affirmations.

Powerful affirmations for gratitude

Great affirmation book to get the bottom of gratitude. We need to constantly remind us of the importance of gratitude so that we can live in a more peaceful, enjoyable, and less stressful life. Too many time we just focus on what we do not have but totally ignore the abundance we already have. I would recommend every one listen to this book and develop a habit of appreciation. The voice of the audiobook is soothing, and I totally enjoyed listening to it. One of my favorite affirmations from the book is “I love myself, I respect myself and I accept myself exactly as I am, anything is possible, I am grateful for all the opportunities that life presents to me.” Highly recommend.

I'm a Big Fan of Affirmations and Recommend These

I regularly use affirmations and am a big believer in their value. It's so important to fill your mind with productive, positive, helpful thoughts ... it's so easy to let the negative fill up inside instead. Having said that, I found these to be very encouraging and refreshing. The background music is just right, the narrator does an excellent job, and the content of the affirmations is wonderful. Earlier today I was in a tense moment and turned these on and immediately was brought back to a relaxed, centered, and positive place. I highly recommend this bundle!!
