In other words, how could project managers execute successful projects using the wrong project tools; and likewise, how could project managers execute unsuccessful projects using the best project tools? Good Reminders
I enjoyed this. A lot of the "lessons" are cliche, but served as good reminders. The format introduced a new context or perspective for some of the lessons that I hadn't thought of before. Overall a good listen.
