nice book

Your brain is always changing, so you can change procrastination.
Procrastinator are often high achievers who appear to be doing fine (to others), but who are internally riddled with self-doubt.

Narrator somewhat annoying. Book lacked depth.

Narrator sounded almost like reading in slow motion. Book overall definitely lacked depth in addressing the subject. Average at best.

Very Very informative...

This is a great book for the procrastinator who are desperate to reduce their procrastination with more energy to work on your goals.All of the things, tips and guides that anyone need to know about procrastination and how to become more productive and stress free by overcoming bad habits and laziness are already included and well written inside. K. Connors has done an awesome job in compiling and creating this book.
