This is absolutely the best one
I found that this book had many worthy ideas. I plan to re-read it and actually study it in order to effectively implement what it has to teach. What I liked most was that the knowledge was evidence based.

Great book tons to learn
It has made a positive impact on my life since I have started applying what I listen. The book provides many steps by step tools that can be used to counteract the thought processes that contribute to procrastination.

Informative and effective guide
