I love it

This book clarified this phenomenon as well as gave some straightforward yet great understanding of how change is conceivable. As subtle as self-restraint can be, I felt out of the blue it's feasible. It's a brisk perused and I'm thankful for the point that I discovered this book.

It is good to finally learn

It is good to finally learn that it's not only me having these types of problems. The book precisely describes negative thoughts and their origin and 'behaviour', and not only helped me elevate myself, but also helped me understand others, also opening my eyes to the fact that it's not only me having these problems but many people I meet regularly and know personally.

Concise, easy to follow, and very understandable.

Very enjoyable listen that is concise and understandable. The author does not try to dazzle you with his knowledge or fancy words. Instead, he speaks to you in logical, easy-to-understand statements that drill right to the point and is actionable directly after your daily listen.

Wonderful audio book.

A great short audiobook about daily habits that help you create the life you deserve. Discipline within yourself is key and this is a great audiobook to help you get started.

It helps you to regain control

From the moment I listened this book, I saw myself in it. It has challenged me to deal with the "inner critic" and look at situations in my past that has framed my mindset. It helps you to regain control of who you are versus what others want you to be.
