A great introduction to self-discipline
This audiobook provides detailed explanation of self-control. First, it discusses why self-discipline is important and the primary reasons it is difficult for most people. Then, it outlines the habit to cultivate, how to cultivate it, and how to keep it. Its suggestions and techniques on how to maintain the consistency of a habit, are excellent.
