not a good book on persuasion

I am trying to get better at persuasion, particularly as it relates to business and family. This book offered no new net thoughts or actionable ways to be better. There are many moments where it goes off on tangents that are completely unrelated to persuasion. The book is short and the voice is hard to listen to. wasted a credit on this.
