Changed my view on weight loss

Mental strength is important.

I’ve been listening to the sessions for a few days, and they’re helping me. In addition to this, I’m also working with a nutritionist, but I’ve realized that the mental aspect is the most important part of these journeys.

Surprising gastric band effect

The part about the gastric band simulation was what surprised me the most. I started eating less without forcing myself, and all without stress.

Useful Audiobook.

The audiobook is good overall, with 10 hypnosis sessions aimed at building healthy habits and overcoming food cravings. But the real surprise was the 10 reinforcement sessions, which strengthen the changes over time. I found them very helpful to avoid falling back into old habits.

Useful Audiobook!

I listened to this audiobook because I felt stuck in my weight loss journey. I didn’t know what to expect from hypnosis, but I was pleasantly surprised. The part that helped me the most was the session on mindful eating. I learned to eat slowly and pay better attention to my body’s signals. This automatically led me to reduce the amount of food I ate.

Dieting made easier

After years of dieting, I wasn't sure if hypnosis was the right path for me, but I’ve changed my mind.
