I’m already starting to see improvements.

This audiobook helped me address my sugar cravings in a very natural way. Even though the author recommends listening to the audiobook without distractions, I listened to it while doing other things at home, and I still noticed the benefits.

Useful Audiobook!

I listened to this audiobook because I felt stuck in my weight loss journey. I didn’t know what to expect from hypnosis, but I was pleasantly surprised. The part that helped me the most was the session on mindful eating. I learned to eat slowly and pay better attention to my body’s signals. This automatically led me to reduce the amount of food I ate.

Great audiobook.

I found the session that helps develop self-confidence very useful. I didn’t think it was so important for my weight loss journey, but now I understand how much self-esteem influences every aspect of my life. The sessions are easy to follow, and the narrator’s voice is pleasant.

Useful Audiobook.

The audiobook is good overall, with 10 hypnosis sessions aimed at building healthy habits and overcoming food cravings. But the real surprise was the 10 reinforcement sessions, which strengthen the changes over time. I found them very helpful to avoid falling back into old habits.

Not a miracle solution, but effective.

At first, I was skeptical, but this audiobook exceeded my expectations. The session on overcoming binge eating was a real turning point for me. Now, when I feel overwhelmed by stress, I stop and practice the breathing techniques I learned during the sessions.

Different from other audiobooks.

In addition to the hypnosis sessions, the reinforcement sessions were a key addition to my success. Listening to them regularly helped me solidify the changes in my diet and lifestyle. I haven’t found this feature in other audiobooks, and it’s what makes this one different.

I thought it wouldn’t help, but I was wrong.

A friend recommended I try hypnosis for weight loss, and I thought it was just nonsense. But I still gave it a try, and it’s helping me. My advice is not to start the audiobook with a prejudiced mindset like I did, as this will only slow down your progress or even make you quit early. If you start something you don’t even believe in yourself, you will almost certainly fail. Let go of your prejudices and try this experience. I’m sure it will work. Listen to the audiobook multiple times!

Complete and Effective audiobook

The 10 hypnosis sessions cover everything, from appetite control to reducing sugar cravings. However, it was thanks to the reinforcement sessions that I was able to maintain progress over time.
