Best weight loss book!

I've listened and perused quite a few weight loss books and this one was the best. It's simple, honest, and made things finally "click". The hunger scale has been so helpful. I enjoyed it so much that I'm listening to it again! Thank you to the author for being so honest.

Everyone needs this book!

Great, easy listen with amazing, simple advice. I’ve been listening to her podcasts for years and found this book to be the next best step. Down 40 pounds later, I can definitely say this has been life changing. I’m so glad she’s made this information available for a broader audience.

A Gold Mine of Information

Love the book. It makes sense. It shows you how you can enjoy food and not feel like you are dieting and lose weight. It also addresses how to handle the emotional aspects of eating. Having yo-yo dieted and spent thousands of dollars on weight loss/coaches, I finally feel that I have found a truly credible source.

I LOVE it - Now I just need the PDF!

The information in this book is great. I've heard a lot of it before, but the way she presents it is amazing. She talks about a PDF, but there isn't one attached to the book, so I'm hoping that is coming soon. I'd really like a list of the food she lists out. Since we don't have the book, we just listen to the list - but I'd like to have it as a PDF. I'm wondering if this is just an overlook!

I plan to listen to this book multiple times!

I bought the actual book but ended up getting audible

I’m a big fan of Katrina ubell - her work is amazing and life changing. May all the work and effort she put into this book and sharing her strategies, insight, reflections, and wisdom and all that goodness come back to her. I’m waiting for her to train coaches that are for everyone not just MD.
She has the potential to teach you tools and change your mind & life.

IT WORKS

If you struggle with losing the same weight over and over, this method really works. She teaches you how to get your body fat adapted instead of insulin adapted and it makes so much sense. So thankful I read this book. It’s been one month and down 12 pounds so far. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
