Not enough detail
I was looking for a more in-depth scientific explanation of the functional process of red light AND infrared light for therapy and healing. Very title was said of infrared light. There were a couple of chapters that touched on some detail, but not enough time on the science. The writing was too familiar and elementary in nature. Didn’t read as written by a professional author -or- expert in this field.
