this is a very good luck with tons of information no, the only thing I would ask for is a PDF all the supplements and their uses. it is difficult to drive and takes notes. and there is an unbelievable amount of content

A must read if you want the very best health possible
A huge thank you to Dave Aspey for his tenacious quest for optimum health, performance and longevity. I know he is truly well intentioned and beyond generous to share his knowledge, experience & expertise.
Appreciate his realness, no BS approach to life/everything.
I’ve gifted this book to a handful of friends and colleagues and bought the hard copy for myself (so much reference needed!)
Would be GREAT to have a pdf or online way to access the “do this now” summaries, the text version online if you buy the audible and a list of every product and device mentioned.
Keep thinking how valuable a “senior” or english as second language + senior” cliff notes of the most simple, easy to implement things that could be shared with my parents, in laws...older people who just can’t process all of this but who could benefit SO greatly from a handful of changes (e. g. FRIED food is SO bad but the WHY that is explained in Dave’s book). I cherish my in-laws who are Indian, have sons that are physicians and they just wont listen to them & don’t get how terrible (damaging/life shortening) some of their habits are. I KNOW there are things they could change that would help their quality of life and allow us to have more time with these amazing people. Do it Dave!:)

Great information
This book is full of great information if you want to take your health to a new level, the only downside ia that the audio book did not come with pdf of the recommendations which is a bit inconvenient as I usually don't listen to my audio books while sitting at my desk and makes it difficult to write down all the recommendations that I am interested in following.

So much more than I expected!
If you want to live a long life, you have to take extra measures. Ultimately living long won't matter if you don't have quality of life. This book gives you so much information to help you on your journey. I appreciate that Dave realizes that most people don't have the means to afford most of the methods he has undertaken, but he gives some very viable alternatives.
I thoughoughly enjoyed deepening my understanding. I am a spiritual seeker, and the scientific scares me, he helped to meld the 2 world's beautifully. Now what I know in my heart has a little more science behind it. Thanks Dave!
