So helpful for me!

Such a great listen. I've always had trouble with negative emotions and the explanation and practical implementation of how to deal with these outlined in this book will truly help to manage how I feel. I can't wait to start using the skills in this book. And the best bit is that the breathwork techniques cost nothing to do so I have nothing to lose in trying them. I'd thoroughly recommend this read for anyone stuck in a negative spiral, it can only help. Thank you :)
