About this listen

Pierce the curtain of reality into a world of the bizarre and the macabre: a midnight realm of the creaking footsteps on the stairs, of the pale visage in the dark, and of the tingling shivers down your spine.

Right Behind You is an anthology of nine spooky stories from G.R. Wilson.

  1. "The Messenger" - An imaginative young boy has a life-changing encounter.
  2. "Mr. Toothy" - Say "Hello!" to everyone's favorite clown in the mirror!
  3. "La Tempete Faim" - A family at sea struggles for survival against supernatural elements.
  4. "The Golden Arm" - A new author's telling of the classic ghost story made famous by Mark Twain.
  5. "The Social Network" - Strange events are afoot concerning the computer systems of a junior high school.
  6. "Fang and Claw" - A found journal gives an account of a ranger's hunt for a savage and intelligent beast.
  7. "The Witch's Ghost" - A powerful witch gets her revenge on the Puritan town that so gravely wronged her.
  8. "The Orb" - What is the meaning behind a perfect orb found by the sea?
  9. "Newbrooke Infirmary" - A dare leads one boy into the very heart of a haunted church infirmary.

i really enjoy the reading with this book.

However I am not a fan of the 15 word minimum. I mean come on.

Nostalgia

This is very reminiscent of tales you would tell at camp outs or sleep overs and of course it didn't hurt that my favorite Creepy pasta narrator MCP performed this fun bunch of stories

Dear Mr Creepy Pasta

The first part of the word gesture is pronounced like jest, -not- guest. Can someone get the narrator this message?
The narration is overdramatic and awkward.
The stories are fine. A little simple, but not bad.

It was decent

Was just ok. What I don’t understand is why the narrator doesn’t edit out his slip ups? Just starts again like we’re not supposed to be phased by it. Clean up narration errors. Book was ok I listed to stories with my 9 year old twins it was good enough & not too scary.

Nicely done

This is an awesome read. Keeps your attention through out the entire book, well worth the price of admission to some very unusual stories.

Not What I Expected!

These stories are definitely not as creepy as I expected them to be. Very disappointing.
Mr. Creepy Pasta needs to learn how to edit when he flubs a word instead of backtracking. I wouldn’t recommend this audiobook to anyone.
