Very Good Book, But….

This was a very good book, and I couldn’t wait to hear Jackson and Alani’s story; however, Alani was sooooo stupid in this!! I’m all for women standing up for themselves, but there comes a time where just being plain ole stupid and dumb should take a back seat!! She really got on my nerves!!! Other than that, I would’ve followed Jackson’s every word like a puppy!!!

A feel-good novel that is worth the read

Where does Savor the Danger rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's in my top 20.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Arizona. I liked her fire—not so much her mouth.

Which scene was your favorite?

The part where they found the cat.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I think it would have been better without all the foul language. Other than that, I was mostly touched when the author told the story of Arizona.

Any additional comments?

This was a good book, with interesting characters, but too much ugly language for my taste. The sex scenes were good and I mostly enjoyed how Jackson took control of the situations. I liked Alani's softness and found her innocence charming.

Storyline: yes; language: no

Great plot, but all of that foul language and intimacy was unnecessary. Also, don't play the drinking game every time he asks her if she's alright

Geat mix of suspence thriller and sexual romance

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

This is a great story that I would love to share with friends as it draws you in not only with the story plot but the characters also.

What other book might you compare Savor the Danger to and why?

'The perfect storm' by Lori Foster is a great follow up read as it covers the story of secondary characters Arizona and Spence from 'savor the danger'.

Which character – as performed by Jim Frangione – was your favorite?

Arizona was my favorite character and she is not even the lead but all characters had depth

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Jackson waking up with no memory next to Alani was shattering but gave great opening to the warmth of the story

Not as good as I'd hoped it would be

Would you try another book from Lori Foster and/or Jim Frangione?

I usually like Lori Foster books. Unfortunately I didn't like this one very much. It sounded like an interesting scenario, but the hero is too cocky (literally) and the heroine is TSTL (too stupid to live) for the first quarter of the book. I never did figure out where the story takes place; somewhere south of Ohio, possibly in Kentucky, is all I got from something very late in the book. I did finish it, but I'm not sure how much I missed because of the awful narrator. He was very hard to get used to and actually hear the story.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

I was just happy the the mess was finally over. At least it had a happy ending.

Would you be willing to try another one of Jim Frangione’s performances?

Only if I really, really, needed to hear the story. I really, really disliked the narrator. Quick sentences, then a quiet space, then more quick sentences in a soft voice, like he was narrating golf and trying to make it exciting. Very hard to get used to and actually hear the story. He needs to narrate a

Did Savor the Danger inspire you to do anything?

Yeah, wish I could actually read it on Kindle or in a real book, but with my vision that's not happening.

Any additional comments?

Audible should indicate that this is part of a series.

I'm in love with Jackson - Mr Perfect

Any additional comments?

I have loved all the books in this series But this is my favourite book so far. Not only is the book supper Hot (lot's of sex and sexual tension) it is quite funny as well. Jackson has a great sense of humor and i found myself giggling quite often. Jim Frangione delivered the story perfectly as always, his voice Mmm, So Good. I have already bought the next in the series and i'm looking forward to Spencer and Arizona's story. :)

Wow! What a Great Read!

What made the experience of listening to Savor the Danger the most enjoyable?

I loved the main character Jackson. It was the first time that I related more to the male character. Don't get me wrong, there were things I liked about Jackson's love interest- though at times I wanted to speak openly of her love for him- but it was Jackson that intrigued me the most. I loved the story line: the idea of three men forming an operation to break up human traffickers doesn't sound exciting but I was mesmerized by their strength and their purpose. I also really loved the reader, particularly how he read Jackson; he great with the voices in fact.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Savor the Danger?

The beginning, the books unfolds in an interesting way, the introduction of Arizona and, of course, the culmination of the drama toward the end.

What about Jim Frangione’s performance did you like?

Excellent, excellent, excellent. He was able to read all the characters so well. I already mentioned my love of his "Jackson" voice but he also did a great job with the females. I dislike when male readers change there pitch of female readers. Frangione differentiated the characters by timbre and accent. I want to hear more from this reader.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

A sexy action-packed love story that will have you savoring every minute

Any additional comments?

I bought this on the recommendation of another listener. Thank you!

Good listen!

The love story between Jackson and Alani is sweet and this book fits in very well with the first two of the series.

Not for the faint of heart

I read a review on this book before purchasing it. One person mentioned that it's X rated just within a few minutes. Yes, this book is not for the faint of heart, it does have heated love scenes. That warning given, it also has an amazing storyline. This should be listened to as part of the entire series in order to be fully appreciated. Each novel builds on the story behind it and they work well together. If steamy sex scenes bother you, I don't recommend this book. Try Nora Roberts or Janet Evonovich. For those of you that like heat in a story, I highly recommend the entire series!

Great 3rd Book

I loved everything about this book; it is the third book in the series, but you can still follow along even if you haven't read the first 2. But it's best to start at the beginning.
