About this listen

My name is Heavenly Rae Lofton. I have money, fame, a penthouse in the sky, and a pesky stalker to add as the cherry on top. Local police won’t help because of a lack of evidence, so I turn to my family. Isaac sends Agent Preston Morris to handle the job; he’s efficient and by the book. The only problem is we mix like oil and water most of the time.

I’m an FBI agent, and the military trained me to handle dangerous situations. Isaac briefed me about the stalker, but did not prepare me for Ms. Lofton; she is temperamental, hardheaded, beautiful, and testing my strength. I need to find her stalker and move on before I lose every ounce of self-control I have.

Rae Lofton: He’s arrogant, bossy, and the sexiest man I’ve ever seen.

Preston Morris: She has a smart mouth, asks too many questions, and is breaking down my walls with her womanly ways.

Both: How will we work together to catch the stalker without killing each other first?

Thumbs down

It took me 3 months to listening to this book. The narrator's voice grated on my nerves. Tge storyline is great. I read the book but I couldn't listen to the audible. The narrator's voice was horrible.

Great story, but...

I really enjoyed this book and the atory, but the narrator didn't bring life to the characters especially the male characters.

Very good thriller

First off I’d like to say I always enjoy this authors writing as well as any thriller with romance included however I did not like the voice acting at all. however if you enjoy thrillers and Romance with a very strong alpha male. this is your story.

Narrator brought the book down

I couldn’t even manage to finish the book. The narrator’s voice was slow and monotone and everything sentence dragged. I’m sure the storyline was decent, I have read books by this author before but this narration made it unbearable

Horrible narrator

I'm going to have to find this book in print because this narrator is beyond boring. The way she is trying to convey the male character's voice is all kinds of wrong. Its monotone, dry, boring, and has caused me to zone completely out, forgetting that I was even listening to a story. She has so little emotion that I can't even get through the first few chapters. This is a real shame because from the summary and what portion of the book I could tolerate, it seems to be written well enough to keep my interest. Sadly I will be deleting this from my library without the benefit of completing even a third of the book.
