What a cool idea.

I was immediately intrigued by the idea that you could print food. So, starting with no knowledge whatsoever, I really enjoyed this book. It's a great introduction to the concept, and then it expounds on the ways that printing food could profoundly affect the way we eat. Really cool audiobook. Great narrator too.

Interesting

I knew about 3D printing but had no idea it was happening to food. This book gave me something to think about. It seems this was for people who already have interest in the field but I don’t work in the food industry and this gave me something to think about. Very interesting to peek into the world of technology.

Fascinating topic!

I used 3D printer once back in college to create a 3D molecular structure of a drug that my friends and I designed. That was over 7 years ago. Little did I know 3D printing has grown so much since and I did not know 3D printing food is a thing. This book is a concise informative book for people who want to learn more about what 3D printing is, the process, and the potential application of this technology in potentially revolutionizing the food industry. Quite fascinating!
