This picked up right where we left off in book 1. It was entertaining to see how the relationships deepened. I enjoyed seeing that Maya found her backbone and started standing up for herself! The narrators do an amazing job with the story.

This is one of my go-to favorite series, as both a print book, and an audiobook. It’s such a heartwarming read—but the narrators really take a great book to the next level. They fully engage, complete with varied accents for them men so they can be more easily distinguished.
I’m so thrilled to see this author’s books making their way to audio!

this second installment of maya and her shifters was just as addictive as the first! the story is fast paced, funny and the men are absolutely swoon worthy. i enjoyed learning more lore about the world, getting to meet new side characters, and exploring mayas haunting past. i absolutely adore how much they all adore & dote on her! im excited to see if the inkling i have about what those blue scales mean is correct hehe

rose dioro and grayson owens once again delivered a fiery (wink) narration that kept me engaged and on the edge of my seat!
