Good sounds, interrupting chapter announcements
The sounds are really lovely - soothing and all, and they last a fair while.
Each chapter is about 2 hours long and comes with a spoken chapter announcement. Especially when you're listening to the sounds to relax, meditate etc., the chapter announcements can easily become frustrating or take you out of what you're doing.
4 stars because of the chapter headings, it would be 5 if the narrative part and structure was maybe all explained in one introductory chapter and the rest would just be uninterrupted sounds.

Great
I’ve been listening to this while working and it’s nice in the background, not too distracting and helps me concentrate. Would also work for meditation or for someone who needed background noise to sleep.
