Soothing

The narrative parts are great it was better than expected! Soothing and effective, The narrator does a very commendable job of explaining a topic that is difficult to describe in plain English.

This guided meditation is helping me a lot.

Very helpful I have ever listened

It's not only a huge help for handling anxiety, stress relief, and panic attacks, but it also helps you feel less alone with you read other people's stories. Sometimes that connection and understanding is all you need!

What a great book,

What a great book, I have been doing meditation for about six months now and have just started incorporated this book into my meditation routine, the results have been amazing. Listening to part of this in the morning makes me fully of energy and ready for the day.
