About this listen

Spiritually, We is a must-read for anyone who feels lonely and disconnected.”—Dr. Nicole LePera, #1 New York Times bestselling author of How to Do the Work

“We need each other,” says internationally bestselling author Sah D’Simone. That’s the unapologetically loving message at the heart of Spiritually, We, a moving manifesto for an increasingly “me, me, me” moment.

In this bold call to action, Sah maps how contemporary spirituality has become an increasingly self-centered project, only exacerbating the loneliness that plagues modern life. Brilliantly illuminating not only why connection is a fundamental piece of a deep spiritual practice, but how to connect with others authentically, Spiritually, We is the essential field guide to deepening friendships, building community, and ultimately healing not only yourself but the whole damn world.

Drawing on the insights and tools he has developed as both teacher and student—as well as the expertise of researchers, journalists, and healers across diverse fields—Sah holds nothing back as he invites us to release an “us vs them” mindset, cultivate radical compassion, and creatively transform our struggles into opportunities for awakening.

Full of Sah’s trademark candor and sass, Spiritually, We is the wake-up call for our times, a deeply felt and necessary reminder that you aren’t alone, that you aren’t meant to be alone, and that it is side by side with others where true wisdom flourishes.

Sah D’Simone has written a masterpiece. This book has everything I want from a book of its kind: It’s hopeful, inspiring, practical and the author allows the reader to know him in a way that makes us feel connected and trust his wisdom. I don’t always purchase physical copies of a book, but I will be buying this one! I enjoyed this book far more than his last (although it was good, too). This one just gives the impression that Sah D’Simone is getting better with time and experience. I highly recommend this book for anyone at any point of their journey of self or collective liberation. Bravo!

Listening to this book has brought me great joy! I feel like I'm hanging with my funny, sassy, fierce, charming and most loyal friend. Now to step out from the audible book and to reach out to others. I feel Sah, the author, was gently holding my hand, and ever so lovingly encouraging me to leave the nest and comfort zone and fly, meet and interact with others, dare I say, in person, not behind a screen 😀 Thank you Sah! May you all find this book helpful for your journey! Peace!

If you’re seeking spiritual community read spiritually we! This book is thorough AND approachable. Backed by science and full of beautiful personal anecdotes from a seriously well spiritually studied sassy queen. I learned so much about navigating my own wounds in friendship and partnership and am so grateful Sah read it himself as his voice is so melodic and he’s hilarious so you really get to feel him throughout.

So important right now!
