Publisher's summary

Nora Calhoun keeps her life just like her Provincetown B and B, neat and tidy. She's thrilled when her niece, Graham, comes to stay with her while completing her graduate fieldwork aboard the Dolphin Fleet. She's less than thrilled when Graham starts hanging out with Willa Lange, a sexy wanderer who works for the Fleet and seems to have her sights set on Graham.

At the encouragement of her sister, Emerson, Will's short stay in Ptown becomes a fresh start. She's doing great - a decent job, a place of her own, and new friends. But when she meets Nora, she finds herself pining for more. The only problem? Nora is 15 years her senior and doesn't like her. Can the women overcome past hurts and find love, or will their affair leave battered hearts in its wake?

A Cape End romance.

Fantastic story

This is my favorite so far of the series. I loved the complexity of the characters and the way I felt deeply for what Will was going through.

Great romance. I highly recommend it

Real life

I did find Nora blowing hot and cold Considering the mess Wil’s emotions were from her last relationship. I understand why she was hesitant to express her feelings. I’m glad they were able to come to together in the end. Real people go through the same things so it’s refreshing to see it reflected in the story.

Hard to listen

It was a nice story and you could somehow relate to the characters. The narration was awful, narrators voice was fine just she couldn’t distinguish between characters so it just sounded like the same person talking the whole book long. Unless there was a “Nora said”. Unfortunately that made it pretty awful to listen to. Really bummed me out.

Excellent Audio!

I loved Spring's Wake. This is the third book in the Cape End romance series. We know Nora, owner of the B&B. We get to know Willa better in this book. An age difference romance. Hollis Elizabeth does an excellent job with the narration.

Never Fails

Such a great story of ageless love. I fell in love with Will, her endurance and steadfastness was so refreshing. Aurora writes beautiful stories and i feel honored that she shares them with the rest of us.
Commentary was Not great as I could not differentiate one character from the next easily. It made listening to this book a little difficult.

Worth it

I have a lot to say but I don't want to write any spoilers. It was good book and Narrator did a good job. I feel there will be a 4th book and I have a feeling it'll be about Graham and Lee. I will see if I'm accurate. Overall a good series so far.
