I read this story many years ago, and liked the character development, rich story line, and intricate plot. Well, it didn't translate into a 90 min script, and just lumped together a bunch of unlikely alien features that made an unremarkable story. The narration was great, though, Scotty (Doohan?).

This is pretty much a rewrite of the printed\eBook version. Leaving out a LOT of information. I'd love to see an unabridged version of the book as an audiobook.

A good Star Trek story, a classic/nostalgic ‘70s feeling production, and of course, the great James Doohan. What more need be said? I’d listen to him read the phone book.
