I love this book

The best part of my morning routine
This book has been an absolute game changer for my morning routine. Each chapter is associated with one day of the year, . Kyle does an incredible job distilling ancient Stoic principals into easy to understand, modern language. I look forward to listening what that morning's thoughts are going to be, and honest to goodness it's made me a morning person. Perspective is greatly needed in the world today and this book gives you just that.

This book is my Bible
I'm not a very religious person but I am passionate about living an intentional, happy and stoic life and teaching my kids the right principles to live by. I listen this book every morning with my kids and love all of the lessons that come from it. I have learned so much from Kyle and the Stoics and continue to learn daily. I have also given this book as a gift to many friends. I love it.

Great book filled with all the self acceptance you could ever need. You won't become a Roman Emperor or a slave from listening these daily meditations, those positions are already filled. You will become better adapted to this thing called life. And, I dare say, more contented.
