It's quite good

It's quite good. I have used several of Young Guided Meditation's books and they're all incredibly relaxing...they strike that perfect balance of a bit of peaceful music, a soothing voice, and calming words. They're amazing for people who are having trouble falling asleep.

my favorite go to for mindfulness

This book is simply a collection of inspiring bits for each day of the year. They are not overly religious, but they are indeed inspiring and thought provoking.

It was worth listen

This book has a lot of great techniques and advice. i enjoyed it and will put some of the tips to use in my own life. The only issues I had is that it is imperative that you check to make sure you are not using the same word too many times especially in the same chapter.
