I have a few of Joel’s books, I enjoy falling asleep to them, and if you’re really asleep, the credits at the end, will not bother you. They have never woke me up.

I really enjoyed this hypnosis session. However, you are supposed to listen to this while you sleep and it ends with a very loud statement about “you have been listening to Audible.” It completely jolts you out of sleep.

The voice was pleasant and soothing, and the words that I heard seemed relevant. But those awful loud bells ruined any calm and sleepiness I had achieved. And whatever string instruments they used were high pitched and grating. Very nails on a chalkboard. And the loud “Audible hopes you have enjoyed this program” or whatever at the end was also upsetting and counter productive. I am deleting this title from my library.
