Incredible 10+ hour Resource
This was my first foray into anything hypnosis-related. I had probably been somewhat suspect of it and had never really given it a try, but I was impressed with how the author began with simple meditations and then added to those. There are so many different ways she approaches the topic of what may cause a person to choose a substance, alcohol, or other things amid life struggles. There was a wealth of affirmations that, once you listen to them, you find coming up in your thinking the next day. This is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to quit looking for food, alcohol, or anything else to satisfy lacking areas in their life. It is a compelling resource. I think people will find it to be beneficial.
