VERY VERY INTERESTING. VERY.
O.k., I did the meditation, only half. Woke-up grumpy. Didn't care really and but I noticed I did thrust myself much easier than usual out into mama nature for my daily mile seaside forest walk. HOWEVER, with this meditation and this goes for Joel's other meditation too, something else happened. I just LOVED my walk even though I was alone and sometimes I would normally just walk by the seacoves and say 'Oh, I'll swim tomorrow'and sometimes not swim until the weekend. After this meditation I was like 'No, I DESERVE to have FUN and happy' even if I am alone! I was more defiant about having fun today. I stopped to smell the flowers and enjoy the scenary and people and that was interesting because when I came back my significant other whom I have been separated with was actually angry that I chose mother nature over him and gave me grief over just loving my relationship to life. Yet right in the middle when he was trying to send to an early grave, I got a huge sell in my shop which he was telling me wasn't a real job. That was so much fun!!! This hypnosis along with my mantras is whooping butt in my life. I can actually see how and what and when and where I should be doing or not doing and going etc... when I feel like it. I forgot about myself after marriage just working to pay bills for this elusive óne day'with a handsome man who will not stop screaming 'money' all the time even though I keep making more. It was nice to just enjoy LIFE again. Thank you. I enjoy earning money like everyone else but having joy, smelling flowers, going shopping for simple things and talking to people and seeing smiles on childrens faces was priceless. Thank's Joel. I'm still doing the financial hypnosis tonight but now I realize I have not allowed myself to be as happy as I used to be. This hypnosis did something beautiful Joel. Thank you.

This works!
I have been very pleased with my results. I notice myself not interacting in ways that fit codependency and having a more secure outlook within. I noticed results in the first few days but after weeks of listening I notice I go down into relaxation and sleep much quicker, certainly within 3 min. I am now ordering some of his other books. His voice is easy for me to listen to and his tone lulls me to sleep.

The book stops in chapter 2
For some reason it stops in chapter two. I fall asleep within the first 30 seconds it seems like. When I wake up I feel great but from only the second chapter. Cant wait for it to complete

Very helpful although technical issues
Very helpful audible book. It has helped me relax and drop i to a deep sleep. I gave 1 star for performance because I've had to repurchase multiple times. It disappears from my Audible library. There is some kind of glitch. I don't know if it is this particular title or Audible having issues.

Relaxing voice
The first time I listened to this recording was last year. At that time, Joel Thielke had the recording on “YouTube“.
At that time, I was going through a hard relationship and was having trouble sleeping at night. His voice helped me to relax and I was able to fall asleep faster.
It was very disappointing when they removed it from “YouTube”.
I’m glad I was able to find it through Amazon. I’m sure there are a lot of people who don’t know that it’s available through Amazon.
