So very enjoyable.

I love the banter and the characters. The plot twist and the resolution of the story make it a delightful listen right to the end.

I love this series

This series is simultaneously touching and laugh out loud hilarious. Why this has not been snapped up for a television series is beyond me.

We return to Frogmorton Farm as Jenny and Russell are sending their two children off on their first weekend away from their parents. Now the adults are finally able to relax for a whole weekend with only a farmyard of neurotic animals to worry about. A weekend of no stress and romance. Yeah, right. Before they even get to dinner they are under siege by a massive storm, they receive a phone call from Russell's scatterbrained ex saying she thinks she just killed someone with a ridiculously expensive bottle of wine, Jenny's guardian angel ( in the form of a giant golden horse) appears. And THEN things get strange and wonderful. Long standing issues are addressed and by the end of the short story, a new status quo has been achieved.

I strongly recommend you pick up this entire series. You will not regret it.

As always... perfection!

These are beautiful stories in everyway. This one weaved Jody's fantastic humor with such beautiful humanity that a story featuring golden horse feels absolutely tangible. I can smell the ginger biscuits...
