Fabulous introduction to the TM technique by one of its most accomplished teachers,

I recently learned Transcendental Meditation and it has very quickly changed my life in amazing and unexpected ways.

This books serves as both a great collection of instructive tales as well as providing insights both from Bob Roth and a whole host of well known and everyday people on how TM can work for you.

At first I thought as I’m already practicing the technique after being taught by my friend Richard Tollinton in Leeds that I wouldn’t really get much from a book explaining it’s principles, but I was wrong. This is a great read full of illuminating words from the mouths of all those other people who’ve learned and gained from the technique and it even helped me reflect on my own progress.

As I myself have been able to write my books, read and learn so much more in my research of mythology and folklore since learning the technique, I found it fascinating to hear how other creatives and people from different backgrounds have seen their own forms of benefits.

A really fun, short, inspiring listen and so well delivered. Great stuff.

Good if you’ve started TM with a teacher

I started TM last week with a TM teacher and I just found this book to be very motivating and encouraging to keep going with TM. It’s mainly stories of how it’s changed other people’s lives. I really enjoyed it but I would have been very irritated if I hadn’t started TM yet and I expected this to teach me how to practice TM. Disclaimer, THIS BOOK DOES NOT TEACH YOU HOW TO PRACTICE TM.

the book delves too much on experiences of other people....instead delving into techniques of TM

It’s not about TM techniques

This book is more of a series of examples on how TM played out for people doing it. It doesn’t cover the how to TM and it sure sounds a lot like a prospective way to sell the reader into joining a TM center.
