You may never know exactly how you will react during a traumatic event, but afterwards you may feel like you have become reactive and defensive. Worth going through
My main complaint is this wasn’t long enough . It’s not everything needed to get through CPTSD, but it helps! I recommend going through it in addition to a couple more on CPTSD or narcissistic abuse or whatever affected you. I hope it helps you. Good luck!

there's like no scientific back to a lot of the wild and far reaching claims the author makes : / kinda useless and also paranoia inducing tbh
