About this listen
Over a quarter of men have been victims of gaslighting…and here's how you can spot and stop the abuse.
Have you ever been accused of "not being a real man" or told to "Man up!" by your significant other?
Do you falsely get labeled as being incapable of handling the relationship or blamed whenever something goes wrong with anything?
Do you often encounter unsettling behavior from your romantic partner, leaving you with a lingering sense of paranoia? Or had your confidence slowly and methodically undermined to where you question even the most straightforward action?
Suppose you answered yes to any of the above questions. In that case, chances are you may be a of gaslighting, or as we refer to them in the book: A Karen, or someone who always thinks of themselves before anyone else!
Gaslighting has been a frequent subject of pop culture references…the protagonists in films like Shutter Island and Collateral Beauty are classic examples of victims of gaslighting.
But sadly, gaslighting isn't limited to the big screen—it is the harsh reality of millions of men across the globe.
Gaslighters hijack your life by rejecting your feelings, questioning your version of events, and altering your beliefs. Thus, making you question your sanity and changing your outlook on life. Replacing who you were with the version of you they want so they can gain power over you through manipulation and keep control.
According to a report published on YouGov.com, nearly a quarter of men have endured gaslighting behavior from their intimate partners.
And such statistics make it essential to know the techniques to spot gaslighting behavior, shut it down, and recover from its psychological impact.
Armed with powerful techniques and a practical approach to developing self-awareness, this book has got your back…written for men, and it will allow you to finally end the perils of gaslighting and reclaim your life!
Inside, you'll discover:
- Power tactics used by "Karen" that you cannot afford to take lightly
- A stream of manipulation techniques used by abusive people…plus a list of red flags to identify them
- An eye-opening insight into the minds of Karen—uncover why they do what they do
- Shocking yet relatable scenarios that will help you recover from self-doubt and build your self-confidence
- Why it is so difficult to let go of "Karen", and why do so many men find another Karen
- Practical techniques to guard yourself against emotional abuse
- Self-care strategies to overcome the impact of gaslighting and minimize self-doubt
And so much more!
Breakups are never easy, and you might feel the world around you is falling apart. You may feel isolated and alone and that no one will understand. I'm here to tell you that is a lie.
But remember, if it's costing you your peace and sanity, then it's too expensive to be continued—you deserve better!
You've already taken the first step toward living a better life—now it's time to go a few steps further.
If you're ready to take control of your life and live the life you deserve, then scroll up and buy now!

Story
In my youth, I never thought I could own any property, let alone more than one. When I started my real estate business, I had no idea what to do or where to begin. I didn’t even know there were so many paths to consider. I wish I had someone guided me through the beginning stages of learning how to get into real estate. Years later, I’m happy to provide the shortcuts I wish I had known to get started. Now I’m making the income I never thought I could, and I’m now financially free to work when and how I want. The only regret I’ve ever had is wishing I had started sooner.

Though this is frequently explored no further than the global conflicts of the 20th century, in reality, Ukraine’s struggle for self-determination has far deeper roots than most people realize. See the splendor of the Kyivan Rus, gallop with the Golden Horde across the Ukrainian steppe, encounter the legendary Cossacks, and witness the terror of the tsars. From the Romans to the Mongols to the Russians, Ukraine has seen it all and remained uniquely Ukrainian through it all.

Very impactful audiobook
Being in a toxic relationship can pay a heavy toll on a man. Confidence, self-respect, motivation can all be drained after a horrible relationship, and that creates a spiral into a number of mental illnesses.
Luckily, this book helps prevent the depths of despair from dealing with a narcissistic ex or even current relationship. The strategies taught in the book are very unique and will help shape your mindset positively and avoid negative thoughts and emotions.
The narration is also top quality which keeps the book engaging throughout. Great audiobook overall!

Pyschological manipulation
I am sure most people will read the Title of this gaslighting book and not really know what it is. It is something diabolical, psychiatric and planned to supress individual people and societies. The authour is a brave soul to put this out and tell the world. I applaud him and decry the fraud that is the mental health system in general.

WOW! AN EYE OPENER!
The book spoke to me in a way that I didn’t expect. Sometimes we do things innocently, never taking into consideration how this may affect the people you love. I’m nowhere close to the person named Karen in this book, however, there could be certain behaviors that may bring very close to being one.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience in order to help someone else!

It's about time...
So very glad that more and more folks are speaking out and being supportive of this AS WELL AS the acknowledgement that MEN can be victims/ survivors JUST LIKE WOMEN! I'm so tired of the rhetoric that "REAL" men shouldn't express their feelings, show vulnerability, or worse, ask for help because that indicates weakness. NO, It's a show of strength to recognize the need and ASK for help. I thoroughly respected the Author going in some heavy detail about how abuse starts, why the hurt person, hurts and how it will manifest in relationships when that victim is an adult and perpetuating cycles. I am very grateful for this book as this is an issue that should be normalized and any stigmas, broken.

Well done
I think what makes the book most intriguing is hearing the story from a man’s perspective. The level of detail is great, the advice are astonishing. The examples provided to the reader are simple and clear that it can to help identify those issues when lines are being crossed. He explained how to protect yourself, from abuse, ground yourself and forgive yourself. A well written book. Totally recommend!!!

Informative and helpful
This book does a great job of defining what gaslighting is and helps you identify critical signs that indicate what it looks like in a relationship. There are several examples of different stages or types of gaslighting you will encounter presented in easy-to-follow scenarios. The book also presents some well-researched strategies to help you recover from a gaslighting relationship and begin to rebuild your confidence and sense of self. The author has a well-researched and organized approach to the subject, and the narrator does a good job of keeping you engaged throughout the book. It's easy to listen to and informative. I recommend this book to any man who is questioning his current relationship or recovering from an abusive relationship.
