ok but lacks further outline of practical steps

I would have liked for the summary to include the practical steps in later chapters of the book since I got the summary to shorten and outline Daniel Siegel's book which sometimes is too repetitive and oversimplified for those who understand the ideas or concepts the first time they are explained.
