Sleep learning can benefit a listener in powerful ways. The mind stays active even while we are sleeping. For example, a mother may sleep soundly through thunderstorms and barking dogs yet the sounds of her baby stirring in the next room will often awaken her instantly. You’re supposed to listen to this for multiple days in a row and I couldn’t get through more than 2 sessions. It was like nails on a blackboard. Maybe if I had headphones it would have helped??? But I can’t sleep with them or they wake me up with discomfort or twisting shortly after falling asleep. Overall? Not recommended.
