⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This audiobook was an absolute rollercoaster. The book is packed with gripping action, high stakes, and an ever-developing narrative that kept me hooked for its entire 21-hour runtime.

The Whiskey Tango Foxtrot series blends military thriller elements with intense survival situations, and this omnibus collection brings it all together in a powerful way. The writing is fast-paced, with detailed combat scenes and deep character development that make you feel connected to the main players. I enjoyed the tension, the unexpected twists, and the fact that it didn't shy away from exploring the harsh realities of its setting.

Andrew B. Wehrlen’s performance truly brought the story to life. His voice work was impeccable, capturing the grit and emotional weight of the characters, especially during the more intense moments. The differentiation in voices for each character made it easy to follow along and added layers to the experience. It felt like the narration was a natural extension of the story, and his pacing was spot on.

The combination of storytelling and dynamic narration made for an immersive experience. I really appreciated how the author explored themes of survival, resilience, and the human spirit, all while providing heart-pounding action sequences that kept me on the edge of my seat. The length of the audiobook also gave me ample time to truly sink into the world and get invested in the characters.

Highly recommended!

This a great series

I read this series when it first came out and thought it one of the best zombie apocalypse series out there. Listening to it reminded me what a wonderful series it is. Very engaging characters and a exciting story that really draws you in. Highly recommend

Keeps getting better

Probably an accurate depiction of our future. very accurate...obvious the author knows the military. No clips in M4s or Glocks with safeties.

Would recommend

Although I love post apocalyptic fiction, I am not one to read or listen to books that are heavily military based. That said, I enjoyed listening to this whole series. The characters were well rounded and it was an easy listen.

Good series. Great performance

Performance on this story was captivating and added to the story itself. The plot was interesting with nice twists. The faxt that the author knew the subject matter (military life) made this believable and exciting to follow.

Continuation of the Series

This is the continuation of the WTF series where the survivors are figuring out how to deal with the zombies and are meeting up with other survivors. It's a reminder of how humans are always the most dangerous threat put there to other humans. the series is well written and there are plenty of military details.

More of the same...

I pretty much have the same opinion of this omnibus (#2) as I do of the first omnibus in this series. The story if good but not great, the writing is good but not great, the authenticity is excellent (due to the author's knowledge of military weapons), and the narration is probably once again the best part of this audiobook.

In this omnibus, the characters continue their efforts to survive the "zombie apocalypses" and possibly find a "cure".

If you're a zombie or military enthusiast, this series is a great choice. If you're looking for something new or different from other similar series, you won't find it here.
