Publisher's summary

Magic can be destroyed, but resurrection comes at a price.

When the Shadow Council chamber is destroyed and the members are reeling from the betrayal, they learn the only location with similar power, is located on Shifter lands.

Caton begs me to help the people of Ravenholde, more importantly, the council, in negotiating a treaty that allows a rebuild. But the ancient God ravaging our town has already proved he can infect the strongest of our people, and trust is a commodity none of us possess.

Do I help the council and try to restore relations with my coven, or risk losing the trust of the Shifters, and my only ally.

Find out what lurks in the shadows of Ravenholde by reading Sweet Magical Destruction, the new Paranormal Women's Fiction series listeners are comparing to Shannon Mayer, K.F. Breene, and Victoria Dannan.

Really Great Series

I stumbled on to this series and I’m really enjoying it. Things I like, are the character development and the relationships. Things I don’t like the main characters self-esteem issues I believe she will fully grow out of them, but it’s just annoying

Getting hooked!

Before book three, I must admit the second book was hard for me to get into, but by the end I was excited to start book three!

Book three has kept me intrigued and finally cheering Eve and her coven of misfits on.
It's fun seeing how Eve and Hunter's relationship is growing along with Eve's powers.

The narration is good, though at times you hear background noise and a cats meow which actually adds to the story since it's about a witch.

Looking forward to the rest of the series, I am now invested.

Great addition

Brenda Trim and Tia Didmon have created another great installment in the Shrouded Nation series. All the usual characters are present with some new ones added in and has full all the action and intrigue found in earlier installments.
Naomi Rose-Mock gave a standout performance as she breathed life into the storyline giving each character their own distinct voice.
I look forward to the next in series.
I highly recommend this book and series to paranormal fiction fans.
