I must say, this is an very beginner-friendly guide to tapping, filled with a warm, reassuring tone, like a friend gently guiding you. It addresses so many real-life stressors and situations, from people-pleasing to workplace anxiety to forgiveness.

The encouragement is a pretty consistent thread throughout, as well as a relatable, down-to-earth tone. It emphasizes progress over perfection and letting go of the past to become more present. Such good things to embrace.

On a personal note, I will say, that even though spiritually I differed in a few places from some theories inside this audiobook, I still found there was a lot of great help to glean. So take from it what you can and deepen the healing.

I’d heard of tapping but never really got it until I tried the scripts in this guide. They’re clear, easy to follow, and actually helped me calm down in moments when my stress was through the roof. I liked that I didn’t need to be perfect, just consistent. It’s become part of my weekly routine now, and I feel more in control emotionally. If you’re curious about EFT but don’t know where to start, this is a great intro.

I don't know why it's taken me so long to get around to learning about tapping, as I've only heard great things about its ability to break old patterns and allow for transformation. These methods are so appealing, people love having these alternative ways from the society way. The author covers when certain areas are tapped the imbalances in the heart, body, mind, emotional blocks but experience lighter emotions and physical relief. When we balance out our energy system, we can have relief and be more in tune with our emotions and negative patterns. Rather than viewing failure or fear, we can understand these statements that growth comes from the ashes of our life. Its kinda like, when we are at our lows, theres no other place to go but up. But spending time with ourselves and doing these breathing techniques and zoning within we can truly have a wonderful personal experience. I understand a whole lot more now, this is more than taking time away from our busy lives, this is about choosing to take care of yourself and gaining that internal strength we all need.
