I used to go right to doing random exercises and what they would be called winging it. But this audiobook breaks down every area to a level that was wonderful and maintained my focus. From the daily routines to understanding the imporatance of posture and stretches when to breathe this has been great. I didn't know i could stretch one side of the body. I knew how to feel the stretch on the back of my legs but i know now more than every that having flexibility does wonders. I was all stiff and locked up all the time, and i strongly feel these exercises have allowed me to gain back my life all over again. Youre going to love your new body, flexibility and body strength. After all, if we don't these mobility and strength exercises, there will be nothing left of us. Allow these fun fitness routines to change your way of life.
