Not many books make me cry, this one did. Lyndee wrote a great book and Chris did an amazing job narrating. Now the long wait for the next book!

Faith’s never give up attitude until justice is served is on full display in this outstanding addition to the series. The action is non-stop and the twist and turns keeps you guessing. I finally gave up to trying to second guess what would happen next and just let the story take me on the journey. I was completely blown away by the ending. Well done! I look forward to the next book. And I hope there are many more in the series. Get this book , get this series you won’t regret it.

I have enjoyed all the Faith McCellan books. This story was no exception, but since I am not fond of 'cartel' or 'mob' stories this was not my favorite. It was slightly confusing at times d/t all the names but I might attribute that to my 80 yr old gray cells. The book ended without an ending, which is annoying.

One humorous note: All through this book Faith expresses distrust with the people she is forced to work with, and takes great umbrage when one of them admitted he did not trust her.

Overall a very good listen.

Story was thrilling and up to her writing standards BUT come on, you tell us up front if it is a book that doesn’t resolve but moves to a second book! I would not have preordered and will never do so again.
