helpful quick read

The content was great! And the authors were very straight forward in getting their point across and wasting no time and energy. It is a great book for improving any kind of marriage, even the best ones, and it is pleasantly succinct for the very busy lifestyle of the reader.

A new perspective on developing a great marriage

Most marriage books deal with habits and attitudes about making marriages stronger. This book tackles the subject from a neurology point of view and why things occur in a relationship. The book gives practical exercises to help married couples grow stronger. I'm glad I read this book!

A Book For Men

This book is written by men and after reading it, I feel like most of the advice and exercises would be most beneficial to men as opposed women. It's not bad advice, it just seems like most of the women that I know already have this skill set.
