Editorial reviews
British stage-and-screen actor Patrick Tull gives an ebullient performance of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Scottish writer Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He has the remarkable ability to imbue each character with a distinctive voice, making the detective tales all the more enjoyable. This collection is comprised of eleven beloved stories including: “A Scandal in Bohemia” - the first and only appearance of the extraordinary Irene Adler - “The Speckled Band”, “The Man with the Twisted Lip”, and “The Blue Carbuncle”.

What did you love best about The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes?
This book, after more than a century, still reveals how paramount is to observe and deduce facts from apparently small and insignificant things. What was one of the most memorable moments of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes?
In each adventure I really enjoyed the way S.H. deduces things and the simple and astonishing logic behind his deductionsWhat about Patrick Tull’s performance did you like?
Patrick has perfectly undestood how to interpret the characters; he is very clear and the pronouciation absolutely well spokenIf you could take any character from The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes out to dinner, who would it be and why?
Sherlock Holmes is absolutely the main character but the role of Watson is so important that is difficult to decide who was the bestVery enjoyable audiobook, sapiently read

Where does The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
In the top thirty percent, easily. Well written, varied, and great performance from Patrick Tull, as always.Who was your favorite character and why?
Sherlock floats to the top, but always with the support of WatsonHave you listened to any of Patrick Tull’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Patrick Tull rates at the top of my list of narrators, hands down. His performance from the Master and Commander series will be the standard by which I measure all other writer/ narrator combinations. Patrick Tull brings each character to life as only he can.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
The way it was broken up into stories makes it easy to listen to a story, take a break, and start afresh when schedule permits.Any additional comments?
Worth the purchase and a fun ride. Fans of Holmes will not be disappointed.Great Addition to the Audiobook Lineup
