What’s an omega to do when denied custody of his late sister’s baby? Take the job offered to be his manny!

Dusty Williams has the worst day of his life when he wakes up in a hospital bed after yet another miscarriage, only to receive divorce papers and a call saying that his custody bid has been denied for his newly orphaned five-month-old nephew because his father has been located.

Zeke MacIntosh is a flirty, fun-loving, and happily-single bisexual attorney with zero plans to change the status quo. Commitment? Not this alpha! He never looks back or goes for seconds. Hit it and quit it - that’s his motto. Zeke gets the shock of a lifetime when he’s contacted by social services to let him know that a former one-night stand gave birth to his son...and never told him.

He can’t be angry with her though, because she passed away unexpectedly and left his son behind. When he goes to meet his baby, he’s also introduced to a down-on-his-luck omega - who’s not only in the market for a job, but is also the baby’s maternal uncle, and a perfect manny candidate. Never one to think before he speaks, Zeke spontaneously hires Dusty and invites him to live in their home.

The more time that Zeke and Dusty spend together - the more they learn that they simply can’t stand each other. Dusty’s Mr. Perfect ways drive the alpha crazy while Zeke is an uncouth manwhore with no filter who irritates the omega to no end.

Both men stick it out for one very important reason - the sweet baby boy who needs them both. This is a book about making a family and finding joy after loss. Zeke's large, supportive clan is there to give these two a nudge and remind them about what's truly important...family.

Return to MacIntosh Meadows one final time and spend a little time with the MacIntosh clan. Filled with pushy grannies, multiple pregnancies, cute babies, and kids being kids - this audiobook will hit you in the feels and leave you smiling.

This is the final book in the MacIntosh Meadows trilogy and is about 54k. This book contains mpreg, adults adulting in fun & sexy ways, and probably a lot more pottymouth language than should be used in a book with kids underfoot. 18+ readers only please. Trigger warning for miscarriage and loss of a sibling.

Cute & Charming

A great story that I really enjoyed. I felt really bad for Dusty at the beginning of this story and I'm so glad he found Zeke. Zeke and Dusty have a very bumpy beginning but they re great together. I could really feel their chemistry even as they argued back and forth. I'm really glad that they found each other. The narrator was wonderful with the differentiation of the character voices and with the emotions of the story. I'm sad to see this series end! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Love!!

I always love Susi Hawke's books! So this one is no exception. Such a sweet and cute story. Then to have Drew Bacca narrating this story is just prefect! I absolutely love his narration and what he brings to the characters. If you haven't gotten this series yet do it now.

Daytime TV anyone?

This was a great conclusion to the Macintosh Meadows books. It would truly suck to have the kind of day that Dusty starts the book with and I'm so glad that despite all that went wrong, things finally turn our right for him. I think a surprise baby is just what Zeke needed to finally grow up, no matter that he's the big brother.

I think this is my favorite of the three stories because of all the babies and double pregnancies. Drew did a great job narrating, even though there are so many more people and so much going on. If this series was turned into a movie, I'd watch it.

A great listening!

The MacIntosh brothers are back with Zeke's story. Recently learning he's a dad, Zeke not only gets a son, but also his uncle. Dusty has had a bad weekend-really bad weekend. Losing so much in such a short amount of time, Dusty is ready to meet his nephew's father, who holds the key to letting him be in his life. So sit back and enjoy the ride that only the MacIntosh clan can give.

The last book in the MacIntosh falls series is not one to miss. I enjoyed the flow of the narration and Drew Bacca has done a masterful job of narrating this delightful book! His command of characters gives delight to all who enjoy listening. The story overall was a great ending to an adorable little series and definitely left me wishing for more.

Cute Omegaverse story

I really enjoyed this book. I had been waiting for Zeke's story because I knew I was going to enjoy watching the stoic player fall in love. My heart was breaking for Dusty right from the beginning and at first I wanted to absolutely throttle Zeke for his behavior, especially on Dusty's first day at his house. I worried for a little while that Zeke wouldn't redeem himself enough for me but he did and the heartwarming ending was absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure if the author plans to write any more stories based in MacIntosh Meadows or not but I have really enjoyed this little community. The secondary characters are a hoot and the banter, especially in this third book, was very funny. I love the relationship between the three brothers in this series too, their constant ribbing on each other and their bets!!!!!

The narration was well done. This series was the first time I had every heard this narrator but I feel he did a very good job with it.

Adorably Sweet

This was a fun and happy listen with lovable MCs and a whole cast of fun quirky side characters. The narrator did a fantastic job bringing the story to life and make it easy to differentiate between the "speakers" a really enjoyable listen!

Sweet and hot!

This is book three in the MacIntosh Meadows series and it can be read/listened to as a standalone, which is what I did, but it'd be best if you read the other books first, which I'm going to do ASAP.

Dusty is a down on his luck omega. He recently lost his sister, miscarried his baby, got served divorce papers while still recovering at the hospital and his custody bid for his nephew was rejected because the father was located. To add insult to injury, the father, Zeke MacIntosh rubs Dusty the wrong way from the start, but when Zeke is willing to employ Dusty to take care of Natty, and provide him with a place to stay, well, Dusty has no other choice but to accept.

This was a fun frenemies to lovers book. I wasn't sure what to make of Zeke at first, he was pretty much a jerk with foot in the mouth disease. I couldn't blame Dusty for being annoyed by him. However, Zeke had layers and he got much better as the book advanced. It was nice seeing him grow as a character, as a father and as a man. Now, Dusty was pretty much perfect from the start, although it was refreshing to see he didn't hold grudges for too long. The transition in their relationship was very smooth and natural, it didn't feel forced at all. I loved them together, as a couple and as sort of co-parents to Natty.

I also liked the rest of Zeke's family, his grandmothers, his father and siblings and brothers-in-law, they were too much fun and really added to the story.

The narration was great, too! Drew Bacca did a great job with all the different characters, giving them all a distinctive voice. His tone is very pleasant and while I hadn't read the book beforehand, I think he managed to portray all the emotions that Ms. Hawke conveyed with her words.

Highly recommendable!

Fantastic!

Drew Bacca is such a fantastic narrator for Susie Hawke's books. He does a variety of voices. He is able to bring a life to Hawke'ss wonderful characters. This is my favorite of the series.
