honestly, this concise audio presentation was exactly what I needed to hear in my life and relationship right now. I truly want to be a person more full of love and compassion and to cultivate greater harmony in my home and with my husband. I can honestly say this has unlocked understandings for me. It doesn't hurt to have extra information that may be helpful. I'm glad I got the audible version because it gives you the opportunity to return to the parts you want to explore further or you think require deeper listening. However, I wonder if the author accounted for the fact that several factors can delay, prolong or block any of these stages. Did she factor in culture? What about the men that are recovering from an injury? What about a veteran suffering from PTSD? What about the teenage boy with low self-esteem?

The information is helpful and I found myself saying, " ahhh" or "hmm interesting." Again, the info applies to some men, but not all men. Overall, I found it useful and will be exploring it further. However, I wouldn't make this my only source (definitely add it to your "toolbox").

this info was good, but not robust enough for the money spent. it seemed more like a book review, and under delivered for typical Alison Armstrong. A lot of plugs for the workshop, and I get the books because I am unable to attend workshops ..... would like to read more "how to"

Very much just a quick review rather than a full book. I was expecting to learn some different information than just the highlights that I was already was aware of. I guess that's the updated book that has the larger amount of content. I will likely still purchase that one. I love Alison Armstrong's material!

I love Alison Armstrong and her work has changed my marriage. I’ve read Keys to the Kingdom and Queens Code. I thought by downloading this book I would learn something more about my husband. It was just an overview of the stages which we learn in Keys to the Kingdom, and then an advertisement for an event that existed 20 years ago. I wouldn’t have spent an entire credit on this if I had known.

I heard her speak at a woman's conference and was impressed with what she had to say.
This book is a very brief overview, then it becomes an advertisement for her $395 weekend workshop
I bought another of her audio books which I hope will be more helpful.
