Great book just missed a couple things
Excellent dietary advice. Approaches from a clinical view point without burying people with jargon. Enough to explain. Not too much to confuse.
The points missed
Dr O'Bryan...you're a Chiroptactor, at least a mention to the profession would have been an easy tie into the book and material. If the body is not functioning via the CNS properly, then we are already at a disadvantage.
Second...the restaurant section I disagree with. Restaurants provide a service and product. Buyer beware. If you have large dietary constrictions then if a restaurant cannot accommodate it is not their issue. They are not obliged to comply. If they can...awesome.

Great book, horribly voiced
Tom O’Bryan is brilliant, no doubt about it.
The book is sadly almost impossible to listen to because of the horrible over-acting of the guy to reads it.
Super annoying, should be re-done with someone speaking friggin normal

A Must Read for Improving Your Health
Tom O'Bryan does an exceptional job of covering what is causing less than optimal health and goes into great detail about how to return to optimal health. This work is uplifting in that there are simple practical ways to go about changing our health. However some may find this simple approach less than easy as it does require being disciplined about what you put into your body, and many will not be willing to follow the simple practical advice. These people will be unfortunate as the symptoms of disease may take many years to develop. The good news is that there are simple easy tests he describes so that persons wishing to improve their long term health can have done and the apply the easy to follow suggestions in this book. I am buying the hard copy to go in and highlight the key concepts and the tests so I can have my physician order the tests an d assist me in improving my health. And I will be listening to this multiple times, as it is so full of great information.

Excellent Book!
I’m an MD in my residency and absolutely loved this book! So much of medical education does not include training in nutrition. As I go further in my training, I’m learning medicine is a practice of disease management. Absence of disease does not always mean there is an absence of ailment. I’m so excited books like this one are being published for the public, encouraging everyone to take responsibility for their health.
This book also helped me personally with my own health! I’m active and thought I was doing my best to stay healthy. Since reading this book, I feel better than I have in a long time!
