Meh

Any additional comments?

While I did find some information in this book helpful, it came across as perhaps preachy... It felt like the author had an agenda that they were trying to get you to buy into. If they had just stuck with presenting information and saying, "Here's some methods that we have found that can improve your lifestyle. I hope we have helped you live a better life!" I would have enjoyed it more. Instead it came across more as "Here's some information. These studies prove if you do this you live a healthier life. The reason why you don't live a healthier life is due to this modern business practice, and we are doomed if we don't stop them." I want to live a healthier life. I want everyone to live a healthier life, but I feel like there was a little bit of a blame game in this book. And I feel like the intention of anyone who is buying this book is looking at ways to improve not necessarily finding out who to blame.. just my two cents.. Buy it for the info, but maybe be prepared to do some skipping later in the book..

Fabulous Content, Terrible Narration

The substance of this book is excellent and extremely valuable in addressing inflammation. Unfortunately, the narrator speaks with a slow and artificial cadence … awkwardly choppy and halting … and listening to his narration makes the listening experience unpleasant and strained.

Good Information, Id rather have the book

I would rather own this physical book. The voice performer was so annoying it was hard to stay focused on the content.

Elements of inflammation

If you have arthritis more pertinent. It is probable that a dietitian is as helpful
as any clinician

did not like the narration

Difficult to listen to, the narrator just drones on in a mostly monotone and untinterested fashion. Maybe a good book to fall asleep to because it so boring you'll just zone out.
